Nanomaterial Growth: 3 CVD (a 3-zone and 2 1-zone) systems for the growth of II-IV, IV-VI, III-V, metallic and a variety of other nanowires in Ning’s CVD lab.
 
Furnace A
The 1-zone Blue M tube furnace (TF55035A) is equipped with 2 capacitance manometers for accurate reading of pressure (~0.12% accuracy) from 1 mTorr to 1000 Torr. It has the flexibility to work at atmospheric pressure or up to 10-4 Torr and is capable to handle mixed Ar and H2 gases or pure Ar gas.
